RestoreMyCreditReport.com uses its customers’ credit reports to draft letters to dispute negative items on their behalf. These letters are designed to communicate their disputes in such a way that the credit bureaus will accept the dispute and conduct an investigation. Then, at the conclusion of the credit bureau’s investigation, a new copy of the credit report is sent to the customer’s home along with any deletions or improvements. The customer then copies and sends RestoreMyCreditReport the new credit report, and the cycle repeats itself at timed intervals. Respondents pay a monthly fee to participate in the service.
