The M3 – Seekers of Higher Learning file is comprised of individuals seeking college degrees. They have filled out a survey (sample available upon request) asking questions regarding their current education level, the type of degree they are seeking (Associate’s or Bachelor’s), and the specific degree they wish to pursue.
